This May 21st to 22nd I raised funds and walked for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in their 16+ mile Overnight Walk Out of the Darkness in San Francisco. It was more than a 16 mile journey through the city, it was an inspirational expedition walking with hundreds of people who have been touched by suicide loss. I was privileged and honored to walk with so many other amazing participants who were willing to share their stories of loss and survival.
