This June 17th to 18th I walked for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in their 16+ mile Overnight Walk. It was more than a 16 mile journey through the city and was an inspirational expedition walking with hundreds of people who have been touched by suicide loss or struggle themselves. I was privileged and honored to walk with so many other amazing participants who were willing to share their stories of loss and survival.
If you or someone you know may be struggling, do not hesitate to reach out for help. You can go to the AFSP website for resources
